After serving in the military for eight years,
I became acutely aware of the importance of physical fitness for survival.
My time in the service inspired me to develop a unique fitness method that not only helped me endure the challenges of the field, but also enabled me to achieve peak performance.
Now, my vision is to share my knowledge and help others reach their fitness goals.
